Kerstin invites you to a yoga retreat at the St. Bonifatius Monastery in Hünfeld.
This retreat is about leaving your hectic daily life behind, finding time for yourself and reconnecting with yourself. You will learn various types of meditation and practice different yoga styles,
such as Hatha and Yin Yoga.
Kerstin will coach you on how to create small and large breaks in your daily routine for regeneration and how to feel more love, happiness and joy in your everyday life.
This yoga retreat is a great opportunity to revitalize your body, mind, and soul.

Friday
- Check-in from 4:00 PM
- Start at 6:00 PM
- Get to know each other, dinner
- 90 minutes of Yin Yoga
Saturday
Take a small break from everyday life. Join Kerstin on a journey to yourself. Treat yourself to a session for your soul and body. In the morning, you will start with a meditation and then have breakfast. Afterward, you will practice 90 minutes of Hatha Yoga. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced in yoga; Kerstin will meet you at your level and guide you.
After a relaxing lunch break with the opportunity to take a walk in the monastery’s park, you will transition into an afternoon workshop. Kerstin will show you breathing techniques to help you relax and reduce stress. Breathing significantly impacts our body’s well-being. Additionally, she will introduce you to different types of meditation.
After dinner, you will practice 90 minutes of Yin Yoga. Following this, you will sleep very peacefully.
Sunday
The next morning, you will start with another meditation session, followed by a silent breakfast. After the breakfast break, you will wake up your body with 90 minutes of Hatha Yoga.
A group discussion about your experiences will round off the retreat and you will conclude with a relaxing lunch.
Additionally, you have the option to book a private Reiki massage with Kerstin during the breaks to help your body achieve deeper relaxation.
Your Yoga Teacher
Kerstin has been practicing yoga since 2005 and is a certified Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga teacher.
Her goal is to live and convey authenticity and transparency. She believes that the path to the depths of one’s own heart is the foundation for a fulfilling and free life.
As a compassionate yoga teacher, she shares her passion and wisdom to help others recognize their own worth and establish a deeper connection with themselves.

- From 2:00 PM: Arrival and time to settle into your room and explore the area.
- 6:00 PM: Meet and Greet
- 6:30 PM: Dinner
- 7:15 PM: Yin Yoga (90 minutes)
Saturday
- 8:00 AM: Meditation
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast
- 9:30 AM: Hatha Yoga (90 minutes)
- 11:15 AM: Workshop on Meditation
- 12:00 PM: Lunch and Break
Afternoon
- Free time with the option to book a 30- or 60-minute Reiki massage (not included in the price).
- 4:15 PM: Workshop on Breathing Techniques
- 5:15 PM: Meditation
- 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 7:00 PM: Yin Yoga (90 minutes)
Sunday
